Love the entire staff. Professional and caring. Despite my cat Oz only wanting to be in a basket they understood and treated him like family. I felt the care they had for him when it was time to let him go. Thank you for making a painful time feel like a proper gathering for the passing of a loved one. It meant so much to us.
This office helps local animal rescue with much needed shots and medications at a discounted rate that in turn helps more animals out of kill shelters. I personally love them. Ditto maybe not so much. Lol. Everyone there loves him so much. The vet techs are Wonderful with him. Doc is amazing. She doesn’t make you feel bad if something is wrong with your fur baby or there was something you didn’t know.
Dr. Nicol’s and her staff take good care of our pup. The staff is friendly, even the house cat, and the facilities are clean and quiet. We have been clinic customers for about ten years and rely on them for quality care for our four legged family members. Please give this post a like if you find it helpful.
I recently went through the most difficult time in a pet owners life with two members of our family. The staff at Brightman Pet clinic was very knowledgeable and compassionate during this very hard time and helped to make my pets’ passing painless and respectful. I highly recommend them for all pet care.
Hands down, the best veterinarian clinic on the Emerald Coast. Our stray mother of five three-week-old kittens had issues emergency care couldn’t be bothered to attend, but we were able to get her and her babies into Brightman the next morning, no problem. They were kind, thoughtful, and clearly dedicated to helping animals of all kinds. We cannot thank them enough.
Hands down the best. Very compassionate and comforting in a difficult time! We had to put down two of our loving fur babies down today!!! They went at our pace explained everything and didn’t rush anything!!!! They lit a candle to let people know it was going on so they would be considerate! Wouldn’t have wanted to go to a better place than here! They made sure we were okay during the entire process and after the process was over!
Went to these folks after a recommendation from a friend and it was the best thing we could have done. Dr. Nichols and her staff are amazing. They have been nothing but caring, understanding, and compassionate. Especially when it comes to pets with trauma. Since living in the area, we’ve had 4 dogs and 3 cats, and we take all of them to Dr. Nichols at Brightman.
